Requirements
Fluent Georgian;

Key Functions and Responsibilities
Take part in planning the resources needed to deliver technical and infrastructure projects;
Determine the technical equipment, materials and other resources required for each project stage and work plan;
Coordinate the request, reservation, issue and use of project resources;
Monitor the timely availability of resources and inform the responsible people about possible shortages;
Keep records of requested, reserved, issued and used resources and ensure the data is accurate;
Maintain documentation related to resource movement and organize the information;
Monitor project progress in terms of resource use and spending;
Prepare periodic reports and analytics on resource use;
After a project is completed, summarize the resources used, verify the remaining stock and prepare the final report;
Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical, procurement, warehouse and other relevant departments;
Take part in optimizing resource planning, accounting and control processes and propose improvements.
Requirements
A degree in engineering, technology, business administration, logistics or a related field;
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, resource management, logistics, inventory accounting or administrative support;
Knowledge of the principles of accounting for and controlling resources, materials and inventory;
Experience processing and analyzing data and preparing reports;
Ability to maintain business documentation and organize information;
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel;
Organized, detail-oriented and highly responsible;
Ability to manage time effectively and work on several tasks in parallel;
Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Trello or similar systems);
Experience working on technical or infrastructure projects;
Knowledge of warehouse, procurement or material resource management processes;
A relevant project management certificate (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or other) will be considered an advantage.

Metronet is looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to take part in the design, development and optimization of modern, reliable and scalable software systems.
The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Java and backend development, a solid understanding of software architecture, and experience solving complex technical problems independently.

Design, develop and maintain Java-based backend applications and services.
Build reliable, secure and scalable applications with Spring Boot.

Education and Experience
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
At least 5 years of commercial software development experience with Java.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining backend systems.
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Java, including the Collections Framework, Generics, Exception Handling, the Stream API and Multithreading.
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Experience implementing authentication and authorization with Spring Security.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM technologies.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with relational databases and strong SQL skills.
Experience with version control and teamwork using Git.
Knowledge of unit and integration testing principles and tools.
